The biggest draw for me is the fact it contains the whole internet.

Mine has a headphone jack, a power button, and two volume buttons. That’s about all the design I need, short of a replaceable battery.

Sounds a bit far fetched to be honest. The three dots in messaging apps are designed to get you hooked, create stress response and release dopamine?

Or, you know, it is designed to *let you know your chat partner is typing a message*.

Everything they say could be true, but I highly doubt it was intentionally designed that way.

I’d rather be addicted to my phone than other things
Although I wouldn’t say I’m addicted, I’m using a Nexus 5X and it lasts me two days

Another thing that just won’t work for me. The facebook app may be designed in that regard, according to the video… but I actually uninstalled it. Not because of the mess that is their data-security (Though I do care, and hardly post anything on Facebook.), but because of how unresponsive, clunky and annoying the official Facebook app is. It’s a total mess. It actually get’s annoying to use it. I’m also absolutely not the type of person that feels the need to constantly look at their phone or check whenever I hear the notification sound. In fact, there are days,… Read more »
